RPT Blood Donation
Many among us fear blood; some tend to faint even by watching few drops of blood. In this scenario, is it sensible to talk about blood donation to this type of people? Some are getting goose bumps merely by discussing about donating blood. However, we are not certain of the need till we or our family member are in need of blood. In those circumstances, we have to ignore our fear and move forward to donate, as it’s unpredictable. On the other hand, government have also allocated and organized few programmes on social service. In this case, Raja Yoga Power Transcendental Malaysia (RPT) has moved forward in organizing this Mega Blood Donation at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC).
Dato Seri Guruji’s Message;
Talking about support, I would say my consort Datin Sri G has been supportive in various ways. In conjunction to that, to make any event successful we need support from all parties. In this case, RPT, my beloved disciples have willingly supported this event and made this blood donation successful. We have planned to organize this event for the past one year, and were waiting for time to permit us. Now that everything is set, the event is taking place. Social service doesn’t mean only blood donation, but any service that helps mankind. With that in mind, I would say that this Mega Blood Donation organized by RPT would be a great help for those in need. Besides this, we have extended our services to single mothers, disable homes, tsunami victims, and so on. We did not narrow down our services to any particular social service but have determined it based on the need of the current circumstances. For instance, people have been affected by flood recently, and they are most welcome to approach RPT, as RPT is willing to help those in need.
Datin Seri G’s Message;
My intention, women, irrespective of those who are at home or working should not only be focusing on homemaking or work but also should involve themselves in social service. I have encouraged all women of RPT to participate in social service. As women, they should not only limit themselves in family affairs, however they should also be involved in social service. Women are capable to achieve equally as men. The significance of this blood donation drive is that more women have donated blood than men.
